.It is One of the biggest and most beautiful churches in megahlaya...it is located in the heart Mawlai ...and is close to the Don bosco cultural museum..#Asia's largest cultural museum showcasing the ethnic and cultural diversity and rich traditions of the north eastern region of India.....the church has a very beautiful and great interior design and architecture...it has a wide open space outside with a platform to host outdoor mass....the church is also is visible from the main road...The church is the centre of the Mawlai parish ..in its surroundings it also has important insititutes like Don Bosco Provincial House or mathias institute...also the Sacred Heart theological collge is also near the vicinity of the church....Don Bosco Juniorate is also nearby.......The church is open for prayers throughout the day......and of course its surrounding compound is well maintained and beautiful....
