Kiang Nangbah, the freedomfighter. There are many like him who is not so popular in Indian freedom struggle. Its good that the present generation honour them. Statue near civil hospital, Police bazar.
Its recently (2014) inaugurated statue in honour of the great warrior. Special appreciation for the student union in shillong who took the initiative to keep such warriors name studied and heard.
