It is a really good environment around the surrounding. Inside the building, very neat and clean surroundings of the building courtyard. I visited this on 28th August for a birthday celebration at this society. It is available for car parking which is a very modern and unique style of car parking, it's very easily accessible and effective for small spaces for parking the car. It is just a circle of the Silphata which easily gets available car or bus from the roadside. It was an amazing experience.

Slow speed of work.
Main gate works yet not completed after 110 days.
Secuirty is very low. No cameras in lifts.
Water comes of boarwell.
Powercuts problem.
Works does completed till December. 2020
Residents of building says. Cleaning is main problem . Ground tiles works not completeled.
23 story building had some oc issue.
Builder does clarify that when he gives possessions.

Slums with next of building.
Builder does not give u proper answer and office salesman give u lie answer

Totally suggest does not buy flat here
Last builder had take society till December. 2020.
And maintenance coast is about 5 rupee foot.
But builder does give any facility's to residents.

Slow constrution.
Secuirty is big issue. Only2 gaurds in building.
Gate work is pending still 4 months. 3 gates open whole night.
Borng water is fir drinking.
Power problem in area.
Ground tiles work is pending last 4 months.
Main issue is of security
Do not buy flat . Pls check all facts work does commplete tll 2021
