Well I will give 4 star to the hotel looking at the room size that they offer. Trust rooms are big. Stayed here for almost 3 Times now and if some body is planning to stay in thane , this hotel is the best value for money. Food is nice. Clean rooms. The over all ambiance is good. They have gym as well in the hotel. I didn't tried the complimentary breakfast yet but next I will be definitely trying it.

The hotel bathrooms are not at all like a 4 star hotel. It is like a lodge bathroom. Rooms are big but the cleanliness is not up to the mark. Only the reception is grand but inside maintenance and cleanliness is not at all up to the mark. Will not prefer again. The amount paid is not worth the service. The breakfast also not at all good. Disappointed. Just stayed for one night but was not at all happy.

I would have given 4star but hotel still needs to improve. TV is there but no channel. Sliding door between tv lobby and bed are of no use as it get derail from it track. Otherwise food is good, rooms are clean. Reception area is also cozy.
