I am going to T-REX Gym since January 2023. I found atmosphere of gym very nice and comfortable. Very good trainers, Staff and especially equipments are good. Currently am taking training from Mr. Ajay sir. Training with him has been challenging & fun. He is very professional and also he has proper knowledge of each workout and helping me to reach my goal. I feel am on right path with proper guidance. Thanks to Ajay sir to keep me motivating & encouraging .The 45min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Mr. Ajay is my trainer we are achieving our goals till now I had lost 6 kg in 3 months all credit goes to him.

T-REX gym exceeded all expectations! I would like share my experience of the 2 months complete fitness journey at the gym. In the beginning they make you have a Body Composition Analysis on the machine they have in which the report showed underweight and low on almost all the nutrients and minerals. After they have this report, Rohit sir at the gym was being assigned to me as my Personal Trainer, under whose guidance I gained a lot of knowledge on how the body functions and mind is affected by it. He designed a special workout routine and made me follow a nutritious diet for better results which I must say worked wonders within 2 months I gained considerable weight and had a good growth of muscle mass. Rohit sir was not only a trainer but was a friend during this fitness journey. And from various other goals that I had in my mind one which was important for me was to improve my body posture which was achieved during these two months of consistent training. I had the fear of being looked down upon but the atmosphere of the gym is perfect if you are a beginner people are friendly and trainers will help you if you are doing something wrong while working out. Muscle strength and endurance has developed quite quickly and nicely. Here was my overall experience from joining this gym hope this helps.
