I have been in many hotels where buffet was served but it was my first time to visit a pure veg buffet restaurant. I was surprised by the list of food items in their menu,so much of variety in main course & also in dessert section. They also change their whole menu everyday which is pretty interesting.

Ambience is simple & beautiful, staff is also friendly. Food was excellent. Quality was also excellent here. Everything was just perfect here. Virgin mojito was mind blowing while mango punch was also decent.

Must try if you are a vegetarian & want to eat proper veg buffet because they have lot's of variety in their menu which is pretty tempting.

I was wondering where to go for lunch this Shravan season when I prefer eating pure veg food, and then found this awesome place on zomato name SPICE LOUNGE.

The place is located on ghodbunder road,easily visible from the highway, in The Byke Suraj Plaza Hotels Ground floor.

The ambience of the restaurant is top notch, with the comfortable seating near buffet counter where you can easily reachable in no go.

The food I had was Buffet (They only serve Pure Veg)

Started with the Mocktails Strawberry Delight, Fruit Punch, Blue Lagoon.

Soups : they had Veg Coriander and Minestrone Soup along with breads.

Salads : Green Salad, Spinach Beetroot Salad,Tossed Salad, Fruit platter and, Pineapple raita and Aloo Chaat

Starters : It was Paneer Chilli which I loved it and Tandoori Phool which was Cauliflower Marinated in tandoori masala n grilled, it surprised me with the unexpected good taste.

Main Course : In these section they totally served around 13 food items includes Indian and Thai Food with Indian flavour touch.
I tried Paneer Butter Masala, Veg Diwani Handi which you can have with Butter Naan/Roti

Also had Thai Peanuts Noodles, Thai Lemon Leaves Curry, Pasta Burro, Lyonnaise Potatoes which is must try.

Their veg biryani is too good, it's aroma made me eat it more n more. Also had option of eating Jeera rice n Dal tadka.

Desserts : Total 6 desserts were available I took all of 'em Gulab Jamun, Chena Toast, Coconut Barfi, Orange Panna Cotta, Caramel Custard, Peanut Butter Brownie.

All n all I had a stomach full of experience, a good lavish buffet in the town and would definitely visit again whenever I crave for veg food!

PS : Open 24 hours, and their buffet menu keeps changing everyday..! Heaven for vegetarians.

Spice Lounge ♥️

Thane first 24 hours Restaurant serves a pure Vegetarian Buffet and I finally got an opportunity to visit this place. It's a huge lavish place located in The Byke hotel.

We had a nice Lunch at this place. The Food was good but can be better. We also enjoyed some mocktails and desserts.

In Mockatils we had Coconut Punch and Kiwi Mojito. The Coconut Punch was amazing and also the Kiwi mocktail was good.

For starters we had Cauliflower Tikka and a Chinese paneer dish. Both the dishes were good but lacked flavours.

There is a huge salad spread with two types of salads, Fresh fruits, Hummus, Aloo tikki and Dahi Vada,etc. I loved thier Hummus and Garlic Raita.

Main course had a variety of options and a tried a few. The Methi Khichdi and Thai Lime Leaf curry were really good. I also tried the Bore Pulav and Laal Mussa ki Daal.

In desserts there were a variety of options like Dry fruit Rabdi, Assorted Mousse, Caramel Custard, etc.
I loved the Makhane ki Kheer a lot as it was a unique dish. Others desserts were a little sweet.
