The worst shopping experience.
They promise home delivery within 24 hrs.
It's been 3 days and I haven't got my delivery.
There is no contact number of the store to get updates.
Better buy online or any other store than this pathetic place.

Worst experience at the billing counter . The employee named Pooja Pawar , was behaving as if she’s doing a favour on me by billing me. I and my father who is a senior citizen was billing the items . We didn’t knew that after the bill crosses a specific amount we can get a specific item by paying rps 9 … upon asking about it , she was rude and she had an attitude too as if she’s doing a favour on us . I understand that one gets tired , but that doesn’t mean u can take it out on others .. specially customers …when I complained about it to the floor manager , she took least interest , I wrote on the complaint register but I Dnt think she was interested in giving a solution …m very upset … RELIANCE which is a big name should not treat customers like this … they are least interested in retaining the customers …..very bad experience

Very worst experience THANE KORUM RELIANCE STORE
The manager was very rude man who made him a manager..it's seems that politically he became a manager. He don't know how to speak How to behave with the women .. before billing the products I ask that counter boy to add sugar as 1 made 5k shopping 2 sugar packet should give he only give me aatta ka packet..i told him I don't want aatta there was a sugar then also he not given with a very bad manner he spoke with me ...and MANAGER ATTITUDE WASS WORST...BY SERVING A CUSTOMER YOU GET A PAY...AND YOU GUYS DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHVAE WITH THE CUSTOMER...for this review I need to give 1 star
