I had a wonderful experience at Dr.HARSHIKAs clinic. Had appraoched them for multi year chronic adductor tendonitis that got developed with aggressive bike kicking. had visited multiple doctors before including few well known ortho surgeons and it was not getting cured. Pain killers suggested by them, used to work for short term. But the condition was getting relapsed shortly after. It started affecting my normal activities and routine life. and it was irritating and frustrating at the same time. then with some research done online, i visited Physiokinetics and got treatment from Dr.Harshika. with Complete understanding of the history of the pain, body conditioning, she suggested multiple exercises. within a few weeks i was so surprised that it actually cured the condition. with series of exercises, posture recommendations, and couple of follow ups, the chronic pain was gone off and i regained my routine activities and confidence.
Would highly recommend this clinic to everyone looking out for a good and reliable physiotherapy treatments..

I had a great experience with Dr.HARSHIKA. 2 months back I had severe knee pain and could not climb the stairs without excruciating pain. That's when I visited Fortis Hospital in Mulund. But to no avail , even after taking 16 sessions the pain did not reduce.gence after lot of research online I visited Physiokinetics. I was treated by Dr.Harshika and felt lot of improvement within few weeks. She even gave me carefully designed exercise regime. She's very cooperative and pleasant to talk to.
Would highly recommend it to everyone looking out for a physiotherapy clinic
