This is official McDonald's outlet. All McDonald's burgers, pizzas, coffees are available with nominal price . There are tabs fixed on walls for us to order. The staff are very generous and genuine. They treat you well and assist you in ordering. They deliver your order quickly as well. There is parking place in front of the outlet which can accomodate about 3 cars. The ambience of the outlet is very good.

This outlet has the best ambience as compared to other McDonald's outlets in Thane. The service was slow. They took a lot of time for food preparation. Staff as really polite and helpful. They've decoration and all at a corner so good place for celebrations. Overall it's a posh and big outlet. Ordered chocolate milkshake but it wasn't upto the mark.

Waited 20 mins for the order of two ice creams. Was told thrice that it is coming in 5 mins. After 20 mins when I asked they said "We are yet to get the chocolate for it". This is not even close to the "fast" service that MCD is known for. Pathetic. Disappointed.
