At Lifestyle Thane, Viviana mall. Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm, expected shopping experience to be pleasant, less crowded. But only 1 trial room for ladies on the first floor, made shopping as tedious as on weekends. Not sure what is the idea of having only 1 trial room open, is it to add on to customers daily woes of life? Adding here picture of closed trial room.

The best store to buy cosmetics and fragrances. Nice place to shop for trending clothes, all brands are available here and all are in stock, a bit expensive, but worth it for the quality of clothing. It is well maintained and managed properly by the staff. They have the best ranges in casuals.

Nice Store with good variety and brands of clothes. Staff is helpful.

Billing counters always have a long queue. On recent visit also 3 out of 5 counter machines were in operation in spite of long queue. All billing counters should be ideally working to handle queue on weekends.
