Dr. Godbole’s Heart Care Hospital

I have stayed at fence since i had mixed experience in this hospital. While the doctor is good and have the necessary experience, the facilities are not at par with any other hospitals. In a very small conjusted area, they have managed to have all in 1 place.
The relative of the patient will have to run everywhere from start to end (taking all clearances from canteen, medical shop, etc).

The ICU has 16 beds but no place for relative to sleep. There are about 7 extendable chairs in canteen which can be used. We had no mediclaim but the bill for us was very high than what was told to us. They took so much time for discharge even after doctor gave the clearance since there were waiting for someone else to come and mention the proce of the stent which is standard price.

There is a small canteen which serves tea/coffee, snacks, etc. But it is very dirty. When I slept there at night, a big mouse was all over the place.
There is no car/bike parking in the premises and have to be parked outside on road.

I would personally not go here if i have other options available with me.

Dr Godbole heart care hospital has the most trustworthy and competent physicians and surgeons. Dr. Godbole is a pioneer surgeon and put me at ease immediately regarding my mother's health. The doctors rounds are very detailed and the check ups are done routinely. The staff is very helpful and very well trained in handling visitors and patients. They are always joyful, will look after your query, hats off to the cleaning staff for greeting all the visitors and patients so warmly and keeping the hospital so clean. I’ve never seen a hospital getting cleaned twice or thrice a day ! five stars to the canteen for making lovely food for the patients ! Overall the hospital has a Clean, comfortable atmosphere and expert staff. This is the best hospital for all health ailments. Highly recommended.

It's excellent hospital for patients with heart problem.
All doctors and nurses and staff are professional but also friendly and very caring.
Was scared at first because first time bypass operation on my uncle,but everything went smoothly. The doctors updated us time to time about progress of our patient.
Thank you so much Dr Godbole and team for excellent service!
Will definitely recommend to other family members and friends.
