I recently visit store for a yonex badminton racket I asked them to give ZR 111 and then there was a old lady and uncle who said me that this model doesn’t exist I showed complete detail of that racket on yonex official website then also they didn’t agreed and told me that this was fake product ! I got the same racket at total sports Viviana mall . And they also kept repeating that ‘ wo sasta wala racket chaiya inhe ‘ means there are is no value of 500 ₹ in ur books and started showing arrogance , means if some product is not available in ur store that means it doesn’t exist ! What a logic . Total sports is way much better than u !

Went here to buy a carrom board and chess board for society and they had various options available and the staff was very courteous and helpful...they showed all options with patience! Have a good discount also in the end...

Met a guy who had come all the way from Bhiwandi to pickup a javelin and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even had that in store! So I would absolutely recommend going here !

I AM NEVER MAKING THE MISTAKE OF GOING BACK TO THIS SHOP !!!
Service: I went there for gutting my racket. Service is very bad. They claim they have state of the art machines for that but somehow the tension is very inconsistent across and the sweet spot zone has shrunken to 30% of what ot used to be.
Behaviour:
I felt their behaviour and attitude was worse than their service. The owner and his parents (I suppose), all of them had a very arrogant , sarcastic and condescending attitude.
If you talk to then about what you expect from a product or service in the shop,
they will either ignore you or retort sarcastically or belittle your currently owned product( in my case my old racket).
