I've been here a few times, so this is an outsider's view. This is a new but posh township that came just in the backdrop of what is Asia's largest housing society, Vrindavan Society. Sure, it is built over what was known as the "Khadi" and so it has a significant amount of mosquito issues just like Vrindavan has, that reduces as you go up higher. The society itself seems to be very proactive and well maintained, especially in relation to security. Travelling into and trespassing through the complex is highly regulated, and you're practically holding an account with the guard there, as your mobile number is recorded for safety purposes. They're also limiting access to people from outside the society, because of COVID infection risk, which is a very aggressive, proactive and brilliant way to safeguard the health of the residents. There are a lot of facilities inside the complex, and so most of the residents have their functions and parties and shopping inside the complex. Anyways Vrindavan society is upclose, so as long as access is allowed to Vrindavan, these issues are minimal.
