My visits to the Dell Exclusive Store at the Phoenix on 21st and 22nd Aug this year after purchase of two Dell Inspiron laptops in Feb 22 have been quite pleasing.

The present team at the Dell Stores, very ably led by Mr. D'souza, were very professional in responding to the requirement of installing another OS (Ubuntu) on both the laptops being used by my grandchildren.

Watching the team of M/s. D'souza, Shubh and Irfan was a treat. They not only responded to my numerous queries during the process, but also were collaborating with one another while attending to various queries of several other clients, both prospective and current, with the single minded focus of delivering high service level quality associated with the Brand.

I only hope and pray that the spirit of collaboration, teamwork and listening to the voice of the Customer, amply on display in the stores, continues to flourish and keep improving. That is what winning teams are all about.

To sum up, the store is like a "Poetry in Motion".
