My name is zameer vahanvaty and i am a regular traveller on the mumbai pune expressway..
This afternoon on our way back from lonavla, we stopped at the food court and ordered our regular which is idli dosa filter coffee and rava dosa (masala).
At the time of ordering the above food, there was absolutely no communication from the person taking the order telling us that the rava dosa would take 20 minutes to make.
We waited not for 20 minutes for the food, but we waited for 35 minutes until the food came to us (order no.405).
I even questioned the manager on duty, that if you are a fast food place then the food turnaround needs to be quick.
His answer was - let us do our work...please wait for your order and mind your own business. I was shocked by his reply.
If you are supposedly in the hospitality business then you better well improve your services and make sure you employ people friendly staff who have less attitude and offer more help else social media does wonders in spreading feedback.

A disgruntled customer!!!!.

We ordered a mysore sada dosa at the food court on way from pune to Mumbai around 530pm on 27th Dec . It was rubbery, dry and impossible to finish.The dough seemed sour. The staff at the counter have no feedback mechanism and seem to take this feedback lightly

I brought some items from new ajwa dates and nuts ..the staff over there is very very much arrogant.. And behavior is very pathetic.. I was shocked even they don't have any manager whom I complain... Very bad experience
