Staff expecting tip for showing the rooms. Can be better. Good low-budget stay.

It was one of the bad experience I had with OYO’s as one of the property declined the checkin and then I had to wait 4hours until I was offered another property which did the same and after lot of back and forth with customer support, I was allowed to check in. Don’t waste your money and time on OYO. As the service is degraded.

I visited here recently.. hotel does not allow outside food and customer should order from their hotel only. in my case at around 3 pm for lunch i called hotel reception and ordered chicken tandoori but hotel staff said tandoori item is not available now it will b available after 7:30 pm. So is this customer problem? if anyone wants to eat tandoori at 3 pm in lunch then customer will not wait till 8 pm for dinner time to eat it whenever available in hotel.. what the hell is this rule.. i ordered the chicken tandoori from swiggy online... the hotel staff was not allowing delivery guy to come and deliver the food in my room.hotel staff was talking so rudly.. i wemt down and recived the food..this is very bad service from hotel staff..poor mangment i ll never recommend any of my frnd to visit this oyo hotel.. i think oyp should take serious action against this hotel.. and cancel the license.. as this hotel management is not customer oriented ...
