I have started doing work out in My Gym from last four months. In the begining, the trainer helped me lot during the workout. What precautions to be taken along with the right body posture has been thoroughly explained. Overall it is great place for fitness lover..

Very good place where u can get enough space for a good workout and those metal dumbbell ???? which is hard to get now is most of the gym ...Trainer Nikhil here is friendly and supportive...This is the gym for which i was looking from a long time.

I liked this gym very much and the trainers here also make us do workouts very well, all the trainers are good but I liked Nikhil sir's training more.
