Due to paucity of time and other engagements I took membership for three months to achieve fat to fit goal which was little unrealistic but with the help of Rajini ma'am I lost almost 9 kgs and gained muscle strength. It was all her guidance from diet to weight training that I was able to come this far. She worked really hard on me from pushing me to raise my limits. Core Gym has very good infrastructure with skilled trainers, if you have dedication for fitness then core gym must be your go to place without any second thoughts.

Will not just say for words or as I got of treated off as being a part of the team but yes surely as putting my foots as being a third person firstly about gym multiple equipments zero weighting time, provided all needed good,nice facilities & services, maintained disciplined environment,positivity..good decent crowded place, in entrance of kharghar, as per to gym good & qualitied reasonable packages..biggest gym in kharghar 10,000 sq feet area aroundly.. good disciplined maintainfuled,responsibleful & helpful staff members, good supportive trainers.

The best place in kharghar for fitness. One month ago I started my personal training with Shakti Sharma as my trainer. u2028Her training has given me the confidence and within one short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal of healthy and toned physique. I would recommend this gym and her to anyone !!
