One of the best houses in Aurum Q Residences. Very minimal interiors and good utilization of space.

Construction quality is premium, high maintenance with less and small amenities. Also, daily constant construction noise wch starts frm 8.30 a.m. till 9.00 p.m. is unbearable...dust is another issue... currently we have noise from Aurum construction later standard alkali will add into it....think before moving since next 5 years the situation will b same

One the best and premium society with lots of amenities like swimming pool, Gym, walking track, kids play area, garden and many more. If you like to live far from traffic and market noises, then this is the place u should look for. Flats are big and spacious multi tier security and ample parking.
There is only 1 issue that it doesn't have powerbackup for flats.
