Good tata products pricing, bad alignment of shelf, you'll end up walking way more than you would have had to , in other groceries malls of the same space!

~For raw materials like sugar, rice, dals they don't have 5kg bags , instead they have 1&2kg paper bags, highly inconvenient ????

~No one on the weight scale counter , so you are supposed to measure it yourself as well , for each pack!

~Wait in line to get raw packages labelled, packages codes are in unreadable format , you won't know what they marked on which pack!

~ Billing counter doesn't show discounted pricing, you need to confirm pricing on your printed bill and this mall usually has messed up/ expired offers labels on racks so be careful and check pricing and demand for refund or reduced amount when they are charging differently!

~ has seperate mukhwas counter , but they aren't willing to offer sample to taste, how does one supposed to buy from 10 different mukhwas when you don't know how it would taste like!

~ staff is highly incompetent - you won't see smile of any of these staff! Like they are forced to work on low payment, they won't entertain any customer enquiries and keep talking with themselves like customers mean nothing!

Good place for getting all the items. But the staff is not trained properly & they don’t put grocery in bag and give even though they charge for carry bag. It is big drawback. Thumbs down ????
