A highly UNPROFESSIONAL setup. They give u appointment and then the doctor is not present at the given time. Everytime u ask the staff, they say 10 min more. All this after fasting for the test for 15 hours. I waited for 40+ minutes and finally told the staff to atleast call n check with the doctor by when will he come. The staff went in, came out n said 10 min more. One hour later the doctor still hadn't come. There is no one as a backup, so all patients can do is wait & feel fatigued due to fasting. Neither the staff nor the doctor cares. Strongly recommend u fond another diagnostic centre

Pinnacle Endoscopy & Diagnostics is a very professional set-up. Dr. Advay Aher and Dr. Ranjeeta Aher give ample time to patients, explain procedures and make the patient feel very comfortable. My father have had several endoscopy procedures here and we are very happy with the service here. Thank you!
