Pathetic service staff is very rude wifi is not working washroom is not clean basically as per the standard hotel they did not work properly we ordered some plates and spoon they deny to give . Just bcoz we have homemade food with us. seriously Guys we also work in service industry but this experience is pathetic.

Very disappointing stay here. I was staying on 3rd floor where
1. There was no landline phone in the room
2. The bed was unclean with garbage lying around
3. The toilets were smelling
4. There was cockroaches in the room
5. Even after complaining about all these issues, the hotel staff didn't do anything. Because there was no phone, I couldn't even follow up.

Tip, if you still plan to stay here even after reading bad reviews, avoid taking rooms on top floor as they are super dirty and unhygienic.

Had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Best part being it’s location. Nearby to the centre and all the amenities are nearby too. A star missing just for the cleanliness which left a bad taste. If you are looking for a hotel at reasonable price and have a comfortable stay at Nashik, this one is highly recommended
