Worst experience ever, poor service, fake commitments and rude staff.
I bought a sherwani worth 17K on 14th April and was commited to get it on 18th April after fitting and finishing. I went to showroom to collect sherwani on 18th april and 2 more times after that, it was in filthy condition and was not even cleaned.
Staff asked me to come again and every time there was cleaning and finishing problem with sherwani. Just wondering why they require more time when anyways they have to deliever the sherwani in bad condition.

Very bad experience.... infact worst experience you can say....Very disappointed with the customer care service and alteration service given there. Bought a silk dress on 3rd of may, while we are coming from Mumbai. They promised to give me that dress after alteration on 5 th of may at 11 am. We reached their at 3 PM, while going back to Mumbai. But surprised to see.. No one is taking care of!!! After continuous reminder and showing him the picture of my dress, they finally found it. But, unfortunately they did nothing with that dress. They called me to come in the evening,we will give you in the evening, alternation is not done. We are already late, so collected our dress anyhow and came. Very bad experience of ours! we have decided not to purchase again in future from the shop of kathiyawad, college road, Nashik.
