Hi,
Expect the Unexpected.
This time I felt with Holiday Inn Express is unbelievable.
Bed sheet are neat and clean.
Room is not Clean. Dust is Kept in the corner of the Room.
Vaccum/Cleaning is Not proper, Feather is flying in the room from where it came is surprise.
Washroom Door band Gap makes water coming in to the Room.
Also I had ordered Chicken Biryani. They had supplied quantity which a small baby eats and says it is fix Quantity. And most portion of the food is dry food means hard.
Breakfast you have options it's Good.
I had stayed in the hotel before and During Covid. At that time it was neat and clean. Now that feel is not there.
While Booking the ticket I had seen the rating dropped to 3.7. After coming I had understood why the rating is low
Please keep room tidy atleast give service for the amount you are charging.
Overall experience this time is not satisfactory for the amount I had paid.
Request the Hotel team don't miss the beauty of the Hotel.

IHG Hotel is well maintained with all facilities and Hotel looking very beautiful in night. Rooms are well maintained with all types of facilities, Rooms bathroom are very clean and bathing available for both cold and got water. Laundry service is very cheap and good washing for clothes. Waiter service is very familiar. Food is prepared according to Customer demand. Location is free from noisy environment.

The stay was great ...
Room are small and housekeeping and the requirements were met and they went beyond expectations. Absolutely 4* except that they don't have garden or anything nut it's a business hotel and perfectly placed.
It's restaurant is great. Manager is very responsive and attentive. All the staff is very polite and absolutely loved all our meals there. It's also a great restaurant-choice amoung locals as we saw many families visiting. Every food was authentic and no mix-match.
Thankyou and i shall visit again.
