A hospital of international standards. Our emergency was attended to with great speed and all relevant tests were done promptly. The admission process was smooth and seamless. I was guided to download an app where I could register complaints. I was in a VIP suite. The entire hospital, corridors, waiting area for guests, and rooms were epic and span. The hospital is beautifully designed and doesn’t have the hospital feel or smell. Each floor has a coordinator who helps with all matters. The nursing staff were efficient kind and courteous. Housekeeping was good. Dr Wagh our attending pulmonologist was attentive and good. The food however caters more to jain vegetarian taste and there is much scope for improvement in the way the menu for patient is fixed as well as the recipes. They must ensure adequate servings of fruit and vegetables daily. There is adequate parking outside and within the premises. Good security. Had a bit of problem submitting my claim to insurance as all medical and pharmacy bills weren’t given. Had great difficulty in getting duplicates. I still didn’t get one test in file so was denied money for that. All in all a very good experience. Their customer complaint resolution is also excellent and they care greatly about reviews. Must come here for medical needs and emergencies.

Staff behaviour is so good ! ... Well mannered staff and they are very helpful.. they are determined to solve issues so as to reduce any inconvenience to patients. The infrastructure of the hospital is great and the layout is very convenient. The overall experience was nice..................................

I have undergone master health checkup for my father. Went 8.30am in the morning and got completed by 3.15pm. it was very hectic day for me. I thought, it will be done by max 12.30pm. Came to know, Shortage of enough staff to handle more patients, co-ordination issues of staff. No proper information given to patients. To and fro from ground floor to first floor for different test. There is no value of our time irrespective of network hospital of Medicover group.
