BEWARE of this hospital. I have described my experience in details below. Think 'n' number of time before approaching them. They might cause you more harm than any help.

1. My mother was suggested an angiography without any symptoms on 24th April 2023. Even her echo was not taken before going ahead with the procedure.

2. During the anesthesia, she felt lot of uneasiness which she mentioned to the anesthesiologist, but he brushed it of saying that my mother is just overreacting and getting scared.

3. When the outsourced cardiologist from Padole hospital arrived, he didn't even bother to speak to the patient which is commonly practiced by the doctors before going ahead with the procedure to make the patient comfortable. He straight away started with the process.

4. Within a few moments when my mother mentioned that she was restless, then they paid attention to the heart rate that reached 140 beats per minute, which is very FATAL for any one. God was with us or else we would have lost her because of the greed of these doctors. I don't even want to address them as a doctor. They are as good as businessmen.

5. Post the escalated heart rate, the staff panicked and the procedure was called off.

6. Also, the hospital is under renovation, so a patient has to travel from the old building to the adjacent new one and only way to do so is to go out on the side road and then enter the new wing. The path is not even covered and you are very close to the traffic on road. In our situation, it was almost 2pm when my mother was taken out of the operation theatre, on the road and then shifted to ICU in the old building. From chilling operation theatre to the scorching sun without any cover. BRAVO !!!

My healthy mother faced consequences of the hospital's negligence for next 3 days. She is still recovering from the weakness that was caused to her.

If you are concerned about your patient, which I know you all are, please abstain yourself from going to this hospital.

My father underwent bypass surgery in this hospital. After discharge he was advised Cardiac Rehabilitation ( Physiotherapy for heart ) under expert physiotherapists. We are very much satisfied with his improvement. My father's stamina increased tremendously. And we are happy with rehabilitation. All staff is very good especially Dr.Shantanu Sengupta sir.
Good experience with hospital and their hospitality with patient and their relatives Excellent treatment in the field of cardiac arrest. Excellent Doctor with their duty and performance over all excellent in all departments.

अतिशय महागड रुग्णालय आहे हे. Very very costly hospital for people from Middle class family... They will take emergency fees 3-4K but there is nothing happening like emergency. Dr. is coming after 2-3 hours,is it an emergency service ? Seriously...patient gets shocked after seeing the final bills generated by the management. I am thankful to Dr. and nurses, they have good behaviour "but the management people are LOOTING the people like hell." Time consuming reports generation process and other things. "Please don't waste your time here."
