The staff of Nagpur to Indore bus was not co operative... He was being aggressive with us... That was my worst experience with saini travels... I suggest plz don't travel with saini travels
You need literate agent and staff... Who have communication etiquettes. I will never travel again in this bus.

Bus is not clean windows are leaked, curtain smailed very badly.
Dust and air coming from that windows continuously.
Staff behaviour is also not good.
Stops are worst
Light is not available.
Don't book middle upper seat because there is Ac ducting because of tht you will face air pressure.
Worst journey.
