I was on my business trip and booked this hotel for 1 night. Overall my experience was good but there are some big issues with the management.
The staff behaviour is good and the food is also good.
But, the big thing is the management is poor in this hotel. Why I am saying that, because there were an incident happened with me 2 times while I’m in the room, it is that after locking the room from inside and with the key, I don’t know somehow another guest starts beating my door and in seconds he Scan his key in the smart lock and he enters in my room in night time.
I was like ‘WTF is this’?
How can someone else got in my room while I’m inside and the room key is in my room with me. Are they providing master key to all other guests? The same thing happened with me again after half an hour. The other person somehow managed to come in my room by scanning his own room key.
If this is happening with the guests, as some other person walk-in to our room and then said sorry ‘I thought it was mine’. Then, where is the privacy of other guests?

They have to change their locking systems or otherwise this will happens to anyone in future.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and this hotel is not in my list anymore.
If someone wants privacy issues, then you can go there and stay. Otherwise, throw out this hotel from your list.

The hotel is good and room is also well maintained. The room looks great, tv works fine and things are clean. Bathroom is also good.
The AC though needs more maintenance. We had 3 rooms and one of them didn't have AC working and had to ask room service to fix it, which they did but would have been great if it was already looked into before we checked in.

Starting from reception lounge, banquet hall, restaurant,there are finest touch of modern luxury. Rooms , washroom are cool spacious with all modern fittings. Service did not satisfy me, but food in the restaurant is satisfactory. Prices ate moderate.
