Superb Staff and Employees great service with Mind-blowing taste of food. Overall, Mr.Sinjay Singh is the best person in this hotel. Suggestions are great. Professional staff with good knowledge about hospitality and guest care. I feel very glad.

We ordered chicken dishes and received half-cooked ones which, if eaten, would have given us salmonella infections. They couldn't even bring us the sweet lime soda we ordered and refused to remake it. The manager refused to take responsibility and fought with us over the uncooked, unhygienic food. Terrible attitude of the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If you are someone who needs a clean room and maintain personal hygiene then this hotel is not for you. If you are habituated to unhygienic and unclean living space, then go with this hotel property.
The photos on their website looks great. But the reality is altogether different. I made a booking for 5 nights. I somehow managed to stay here for a night. And I am now looking for another hotel. I have no concern about the hotel staff. The hotel staff is doing a great job. But the property is very old and unclean. The bathroom stinks like a public toilet. I will share the photos of the bathroom for your reference.
