Never ever travel using Hans travels to anywhere. Never arrive on time and receptionists are not even treating well to their passenger. Totally bad service provided by any travel agency.
I have given 1 star bcoz there was no option to rate else I had given -10 for this inconvenience.

Firstly bus was late 2 hours also
Driver was denying for using washroom for male & female passanger.
I'm book this bus because of required washroom..

Worst Customer Service..
The hopeless bus operator...
Not even providing chairs at Nagpur for the customers if the bus got delayed,the bus got delayed by 2 hours..
Plus no tracking available...
N one number is invalid and another number no one picks up and charging 3200/- per ticket...
N don't ever book late night bus with this operator.. it got delayed n u will find urself in desert area at midnight waiting for bus..
The bus didn't stop for using the restroom.. after almost 9 hours it stopped for 10 mins..
BETTER TO TRAVEL WITH OTHER OPERATOR OR BY TRAIN.
