1-I would like to give a big zero here, but sadly there is no option, 5 or 4 Stars were given by those who have been employed and are afraid of losing their jobs, while upper management "Majburi hai Nagpur me job milna mushkil so kuch kar nahi sakte jo mila wahi thik these people given 4 or 5 Star."

2-My experience I was hired for customer service but due to low frequency of calls from Customers they moved me into content department honestly speaking i did well in that department with good count being fresher in content department my bad luck was illness due to bronchitis health issue...i also informed my TL and manager provided Medical certificate after giving so much time investing my time and money they told me now u r moved out from Content department will take u in Customer service again from that time no one is receiving my call and they have also not paid me 28days of salary...very much upset from Alacrity they have put me in situation where I have to filed a case in labour court for my 28days salary i am not happy the way Alacrity put me in trouble

3-Only Reception is ok,other things are very unhygiene including desk,improper chair,Stinky washroom,i can't express how the cafeteria is I must say plz go nd check ...it's very very very worst...water filter is there but not working ....Water container having layers of rust...Coffee machine is like Dustin.

4-They will just use you when the company is in loss nd abscond you without any reason without paying a salary.

5-Never ever join Alacrity...nd Not respected Alacrity before you reply me I want to tell you I have all the proof with me text messages, screenshot,call recording even if u had deleted the data the way you treated nd used me without paying salary.

6-I was not terminated even if the Company is terminating you they pay your salary but Alacrity is following something else

One of the third class company service desk person is very rude not said clearly what she said after all I'm going for the interview she is behave like why I'm going there without HR Interact she said thank you but before i called to HR she said please visit office need to improve the receptionist who are sitting there for attending people
