WORST and PATHETIC Experience.!!!
Highly NOT RECOMMENDABLE for Family people now a days. If you are planning for family dinner then find some other place and avoid this hotel. There are plent of good options with more delicious food and valuable customer services.

I didn't know that their waiters and manager pretend that they are the owner and boss of this hotel, instead of actual ones. Too arrogant and rude people to serve you their attitude instead of food. I guess just because of overhype and overconfidence their staff and team forgot the ACTUAL meaning of hospitality and services.
Al zam zam is no more that great, like it was supposed to be from past.
Services and teammates are extremely horrible, rude and pathetic people now a days.

I've been there with my family for dinner and we left after having their arrogance, attitude and rude behaviour instead of food.

Definitely not recommending to any of my colleagues, friends and families because there are plenty of good options than this overhyped & bad service place.

I would strongly recommend this restaurant for its variety and mouthwatering food! Excellent service . Staff is caring and cooperative...please open one branch in Qatar also
