You must visit this place if you are a resident of Mumbai or currently residing in Mumbai. It is better to visit it in Day Light because you can see the beautifully carved scriptures and the Beauty of the Gateway of India. The entry inside is absolutely Free, you can visit it anytime and anywhere. You can come here with your Family or with Friends also. Here, you can enjoy boating, look around the beauty of nature, can click photographs for yourself. You can feed birds here(Morning only in the evening due to rush birds not available). Gateway of India building is built in a proper design and beautifully carved with many scriptures and writings carved. You can park your vehicle outside and roam inside around it. At night it looks wonderful covered with lights. I love visiting this place whenever I come Mumbai and you must also visit this place once A.
An early morning spectacular. If you want to witness the true beauty of the monument with less crowd, it’s best to visit during the morning.

With the sun rising in the backdrop and the golden lit-up sky, it can’t get more beautiful than this.

Plus it’s such a great stretch to get some workout done.

This place is best to visit in evening or morning. The structure is symmetrical and looks awesome when viewed from sea side. I would suggest that you should travel in ferry. It will be a great experience if you have never gone inside sea. Also you will get some good views of sea and Taj hotel. Just one thing that if you love photography, you will have to click a lot of photos to get good shot building as there are always lots of people visiting there.
