Great location and locality and its developing year on year. Lots of pickle stores and not many Goats as the name suggests.

I have mostly visited this place during the approaching festival of Ganesh Chaturthi when there are Ganpati Idols being made here. It is situated near the Chinchpokli Station in Central line. It's an old place with it's feel intact as it serves it's purpose of Ganpati making pandals and otherwise a goat market in their respective festive period from a long time and is quite well known amongst people living in or belonging to Mumbai from decades.
