I recently had the privilege of being an attendant for my mother who underwent bilateral knee replacement surgery at Vishesh Jupiter Hospital in Indore, performed by Dr. Arvind Rawal. I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with this hospital, as it surpassed all my expectations in terms of care, amenities, and overall quality of service.

First and foremost, the nursing staff, security personnel, housekeeping team, lift operators, and information desk representatives were incredibly attentive and caring throughout our stay. Their dedication to providing personalized care and support was truly commendable. Additionally, the billing and Medicare support department demonstrated patience and guided us through the process thoroughly, ensuring we had a clear understanding of all procedures.

The presence of nutritionists, physical therapists, and cross-examination consultants on a regular and punctual schedule further enhanced the quality of care provided. It was reassuring to witness their commitment to the patient's well-being. The hospital's cleanliness and sanitation practices were truly world-class, with the housekeeping staff mopping the floors twice a day and cleaning the bathrooms multiple times a day. Hand sanitizers were conveniently placed at every door, emphasizing their commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.

The rooms at Vishesh Jupiter Hospital are well laid out, spacious, and equipped with a writing desk, chair, couch, attendant bed, flat-screen TV, and a large panoramic window offering an excellent view of the hills on the city's edge. The patient bed's remote assist buttons allowed for easy transportation within the hospital premises using dedicated patient elevators, connecting various departments like radiology and surgery rooms seamlessly. The ample storage space in the closet was convenient, and the hospital provided anything we had forgotten to carry, similar to a 5-star hotel.

The hospital is exceptionally well-staffed, and throughout our six-day stay, we never felt homesick or lacking in any way. The visitor flow and visiting hours were efficiently regulated, ensuring a calm and peaceful environment without any chaos or disturbances at any time of the day. The parking facilities were ample and secure, providing further convenience for visitors.

Every staff member we interacted with was cheerful, professional, and genuinely happy to assist us. They went above and beyond to ensure the patient's comfort and recovery, minimizing any discomfort throughout the process. The in-room meals, as prescribed by the nutritionist, were provided promptly, and the option to order in-room meals or visit the cafeteria on the first floor for breakfast and lunch was greatly appreciated. The buffet and à la carte menu in the cafeteria rivaled those of many 5-star hotels, with exceptional preparation and an extensive selection.

In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of Vishesh Jupiter Hospital in Indore. The care, attention to detail, and overall experience surpassed my expectations. From the attentive staff to the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, the hospital has truly set a benchmark for quality healthcare services. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking top-notch medical care in a compassionate and comfortable environment.

Jupiter Vishesh Hospital is near Teen Imli Chauraha, Radha Swami Nagar Indore. Best Infrastructure, which is thoroughly maintained. The supporting staff is very good and courteous. Patients care is foremost. The mission and vision of the hospital is well and clear

The cafeteria is superb. It provides good quality food and a variety of options.This hospital is far more superior than other hospitals of metros. I had seen the first hospital cafeteria where there is a buffet of such superior quality. Very tasty and delicious mouth watering breakfast is served.
It is no less than any other hospital???? of Mumbai and New Delhi.
