I am writing to express my disappointment with the training sessions I have received from gym trainer. While I understand that being a gym trainer is a challenging job, I feel that there are some areas where improvements could be made.

Firstly, I feel that the guidance and support provided during the sessions is often lacking. I often have questions or concerns about my form, but I do not receive adequate feedback to help me improve.

Additionally, the routines and exercises provided are not always challenging enough for me, and I feel that I am not making progress as a result. I would appreciate it if you could tailor the workouts more specifically to my fitness goals and abilities.

Finally, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the gym trainer of the gym.

I hope that you can take my feedback into consideration and make improvements in these areas. I have chosen this gym specifically because of the reputation of its trainers, and I want to continue to receive the high-quality training that I expect.

Beware! A Gym That Lacks Integrity: My Scam Experience.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of joining the star gym that turned out to be nothing short of a scam. I feel compelled to share my story and warn others about the lack of integrity and deceptive practices of this establishment.

First and foremost, the gym in question advertised itself as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with top-notch equipment and amenities. However, upon visiting, I was shocked to find outdated machines, broken equipment, and an overall neglected atmosphere. They tell the decoram is air conditioned but they never on the ac to save electricity bills and earn third party profits , It was clear that the gym had not invested any effort into maintaining its premises, despite charging exorbitant membership fees.

To add insult to injury, the staff members were unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of assistance or support. Whenever I sought guidance or had questions, I was met with dismissive attitudes and apathy. It was as if they had no regard for their members' needs or concerns.

Also they closed the gym suddenly and didnt gave any support just told to use another gym instead , the logic is absent in the owners mind , so i request you to join any other good gym and dont let them scam you

I wanna share my gf's experience who just joined the gym and paid the advance fees of 2500 for a month. The gym was first located near MR9 so she thought she can afford communicating there easily. But after joining the gym within 2 days they shifted the gym to new place Palasia. Now she was not comfortable to go to that place so she demanded the refund of the fees. So the trainor refused to pay the fees and started saying that we will not pay you the refund and do whatever you can do. She felt miserable and started crying. One of the worst service ever faced by any the customers of this gym. Just Don't go to this Gym. We can say It's Naam bade and darshan chote.
