It is a third class hotel pretending to be a luxury hotel. Whoever classified this hotel as 5-star has no idea what constitutes 5-star. It may have been decent years ago but now it is an old rundown property with bad infrastructure and the staff has no sense of customer service. Rooms are low quality and the windows are not able to keep out the sound of singing in restaurant below which goes on apparently until midnight. No water pressure in the shower and water temperature is lukewarm at best. Avoid even if you get lower rate as there are many new and better properties around.

Very nice and pleasant experience staying here. Only swimming pool was not working when we visited, which made my kid sad. Room are nice. Location is also very convenient. Service can be improved a bit.

Courteous and helpful staff. Top notch hospitality. Buffet meals pleased our taste buds. Pleasant ambience. Special mention to landscaping efforts. Best in Indore.
