I travel kanpur to indore good experience shatabdi in good facilitie . But stop bus not entered washroom conductor said that Dhabha washroom use.

I travelled from Lucknow to Indore from this travel operator on 26/02/2023 n boarded the bus from parking no 7 , Transport Nagar, Lucknow.

Very bad experience. The conductor and ticket vendor @ Lucknow demanded extra charges for luggage which had only 1 duffle bag ( merely 5kgs) & that too in very rude n abusive manner. The conductor said- We dont need any customers we already have many. We won't keep your luggage in bus if u dont pay extra charges n talked in very bad language even to ladies. The ticket vendor at parking no 7 in Lucknow supported this conductor n didn't took any proper action. Instead asked us to pay extra charges to avoid any further argument. There's nowhere mentioned on ticket to pay any kind of extra charges for luggage then y to pay?? I did not had any kind of 100kg luggage, just 1 bag. N if not paid u vl threaten n abuse the customer. Worst experience. I request the owner n management to teach their staff some basic courtesy of talking to customer as they are in service industry.

Not the best place. You can get other better options for bus travels in terms of punctuality and cleanliness
