What a pathetic staff, they even don't know how to talk to a patient.
A year before I have visited this hospital at that time they created one record file in my name and after a year when I visited this hospital they asked me to submit that file then only they will check my eyes. I was not sure if I have that file with me or not so I asked them to create new file but they denied to create new file and even do the check up.

So I decided to visited Vinayak Natralaya Ranjeet Hanuman Road. What a hospital and people, they greet properly and fee structure is also very low as compare to Retina Speciality Hospital.

I wont recommend Retina Speciality Hospital, people on this place are highly unprofessional.

Most of the time Dr is not available. If you have enough time in your hand then its ok. Availability of Dr is in between 10 to 2 AM only(if at all available). Receptionist is not polite.
