Restaurant service & room service is very poor, also the restaurant desk staff is very poor to convey messages to us. Food serving guests is more time taken than bus time from Indore railway station to dewas.

Eveything is good from rooms, to amininitoes to services but only issue i found was that power was not there for 1 hour, reception said 10 minutes and I had a meeting i couldn't get ready in time , I suspect they don't have a power backup

Room size differs from pics shown than origional. When discussed at reception no proper reply or help they can give.. everything depends on owners policy they say.. they dont have any rights to solve guests issues
