The only 2 reasons we selected the hotel was it's location and the fact that the hotel was brand new. But after staying there we quickly realized that we made a mistake. The hotel staff was very rude and was not helpful at all. Basic toiletries were missing and upon asking they simply said they are out of stock purchase from outside.

The hotel is good and at a prime location but the rooms are too small.I booked a Suite room and it was soo small ki chalu hote se khtm ho gaya.. no space in the room even for one extra chair.neither the TV was working nor the electric kettle was working.And the staff is soo I'll mannered, that if you know that there are Guests on the first floor just above the reception you should not play such loud videos and songs.it really created a lot of disturbance.they only write in the description that noise proof rooms but I was very much disturbed by all the noises.we weren't disturbed by the outside noises (traffic etc.) but we were definitely disturbed by the loud noise of the hotel staff and the faltu videos and songs they were playing.they really don't respect their guest.very very disappointed.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone..NEVER.

The hotel was very tidy and clean and seemed decent. The rooms were clean with fresh sheets and towels and the staff helped us check in at 2am without any prior booking and helped in offering rooms in a very short time.
