Hi Everyone, my review is specific for those people who have never been to a gym before but always wanted to join a gym to build a good physique.

Like everyone else I walked into gold gym few months back and it is my first time joining a gym. I have been greeted very well by front desk executives. They explained me about the different plans and after listening to them I opted for 1 year membership with 3 months of premium personal trainer.

My premium personal trainer is Mr. Gaurav and he is according to me is the best trainer and highly recommend him specially for beginners like me. He understands your goals and give you a diet and plan your workout to achieve your goals.

You also get a lot of facility being a member like parking facility, swimming pool, steam facility and cafeteria. You also have spinning sessions and other different session to burn extra calories.

So to conclude my review, if anyone want to join a gym I would highly recommend you guys to come and visit gold gym before. You will love every bit of it.

They don't practice what they preach. While giving you membership they behave very nicely and promise a lot things but once you get the membership you are not important at all. They focus on only personal trainings. The atmosphere is not friendly at all. At the very first day they start giving you weight training without even analysing the capacity of the body. Floor trainers are also very rude and if you are not taking a personal trainer they just don't pay any attention. Even after charging 6,000 rupees for a month they just don't pay any attention, all they are concerned about is giving a membership, after that they just don't pay attention. Highly disappointed by their behavior. It is better to join some small gym where they pay attention rather than going for such big names.

They are just amazing, as gold's are usually, but they haven't given me opportunity to join for one month, I don't know why?? And that's how I postponed it.
The requirement varies individual to individual, they need to understand person's need,
