Great place for stay, very well planned rooms, Clean washrooms, comfortable ambience, well groomed and helpful staff, amazing food. No outside noise or disturbance of anny kind. good for solo travellers especially for women travellers. ????
As we had early morning check out, the restaurant staff offered to provide packed breakfast which was a lovely gesture.
For sure would recommend others to stay here.

Very centrally located place... it's just above the showroom, Shopper's stop so convenient for shopping too. As this is a business hotel so fancy services are not provided, but very neat and clean hotel. Breakfast layout is good... special mention of their staff in the restaurant, they are very polite and really good at their job. Buffet dinner was also available at very reasonable price. Had a pleasant stay.

Please note that there was a very bad experience at Ginger Indore. I never expected this type of service from Ginger brand. Today afternoon I have checked in the property with my family and taken 2Rooms. When we are entered the room the AC has leakage and water droplets is there and my little kid was fallen in this water then I talked to reception and they changed the room. After sometime my room has power failed.

Other than that the room service also very poor and worst. Two incidents till yet:

1. First time I told him to send sugar sachet in the room and they are sending after 20min by two times reminder.

2. Second time I told him to send chilled water bottle in the room and again they are sending normal water bottle after 20min by same two time reminder.

I really very fed up with this service and experience that's why I am writing to you. But I have never visited again any property of Ginger in future and never suggested to anybod
