This was used to be my favourite cake shop but nowadays quality and taste both are not up to the mark. Also staff is rude. They don’t give proper answers and keep talking to each other. Got my birthday cake from here . Taste was ok but earlier it was best in the town

Hello guys,

Visited cake and craft palasia branch to get Cake, ambinace wise its a decent store with all the valeity you come to expect at a cake and craft franchise.

But amoung all the franchines this one is the worst in terms of service, speed and taste, there have been two insidents where we had argument with the person behind the counter , they were arguing because of their own mistake.

The worst expereince was they mixed up someone else into my order and created a 3 pound cake nothing like my order and when i told them same thing they said they cant help this is what i have to buy, now birthdays and anniversary are something that you are not left with option to go someplace else and get another cake.

where as if you are in palasia they i would recommend you to totally skip cake and craft and go to cake 365, cake and more , fantasy and any other store which has much better service taste and rates, specailly cake 365

Overall some of my friends still like their cakes and the taste but they all complaint about the service which is overall very poor

Overall 30% - 40% recommended

Best red velvet cake and all other beautiful cakes. Price little high but quality and work also so high. So must try CAKE AND CRAFT cakes.
