First of all it should not be called hospital at all, rather a Loot ki dukaan.

I had two experiences with Apple, and both were pathetic.
I took my father for emergency dialysis, the charged me around ₹25k for the process which could have been around ₹33k without my intervention.
Which in any other good hospital could have been easily done for around ₹4-5k maximum.
Second experience was about an ambulance, some one needed an ambulance & we got it from Apple just to shift a patient to around a nearby hospital. Ambulance traveled hardly around a kilometre and they changed us ₹3000.
Daaku hai ye log.
Hospitals like Apple should definitely be banned. Because these kind of hospitals, shakes the faith in the healthcare system of our Nation.

As per doctor's advice, I took my wife in Apple Hospital Indore for child delivery.
And it was my big mistake. This Hospital takes you on road, it will rob you.
Below is my experience:
1. Nursing staff is young and freshers. They have no idea of handling new born in absence of doc, even our grand parents know more then them. It seems they hired freshers and without any trainings, Hospital appointments them on floor. Doctors are good but they visit once or twice in a day. In one incident their Nurses checking pulses/temperature with non working tool and my wife was shivering with cold then doc visits at that time and scolded them and handled the case.
2. As I have insurance of my family I went for cashless treatment, hospital covered only some amt of medicine and rest I hve to pay in cash. First of all medical there is for looting you, taking advantages of your situations, they are giving medicine on MRP and same medicine you will get from medical opp to the hospital on at least 15℅ off. So we decided to purchase from out side and we purchased some. And what happened here is at the time of discharge they gave me bill of around 10k and they deduct 4k from policy and ask me to pay rest of amount and I paid without checking bill. When my doc check the bill she said why they have added all those medicines which we haven't purchased from here and after complaining to head HR he assured me to refund the amount, But it's been more then 2 months I am visiting hospital for my refund and yet not received till date.
At the time of admission they first ask us to pay the advance amount but why at the time of returning the money they are not doing like that.

Had very bad experience, many incident happened with me here, So please investigate before going to this hospital.

Update: 07/02/2023: After follow up for six months at the end HR denied to refund the amount and he is the same person who assured me for refund at the time of discharge and now he changed his commitment.

This is a high-end luxurious hospital one of a kind in this part of the city. Its a huge establishment that has required a lot of investment. The hospital is easily identifiable from the main road (A.B road and Bhanwarkua square).
They have ample parking space both for cars n bikes.
Imaging services are available here (X-ray, sonography, CT n MRI).
The ambience reminds us of a resort than a hospital. Glass doors, spacious stairs, large windows all give an aesthetic look.
They have a floor dedicated to OPD patients.
The ground floor has reception, pharmacy n accounts section. The staff at the reception counter is well trained n courteous.
There is also an ICU on this floor. They have a trained doctor round the clock and a good nurse to bed ratio to take care of all the critically ill patients.

The wards are well-maintained and clean. Private n deluxe rooms are very comfortable. They have a good number of staff round the clock.
They have a highly modern OT complex with 5 Major OTs and 1 minor OT. All OTs are well-equipped n maintained with ample staff round the clock. They also have a separate Recovery room for observing patients tht hv just undergone operation.

All in all this a very good hospital, but services come at a cost and those who r willing to pay will be highly satisfied.

Tgis is a very doctor-friendly setup as all the directors are doctors themselves. A unique facility they provide is that they inform the consultant via sms about new patient admission, operation n discharge. Payments hv never been an issue with this hospital.
