Poor billing experience. Had to wait 15 minutes at the cash counter where the staff kept trying to remove the RFID tagger from the soleplay slipper which they had already billed even before removing the tag. They used force, scissors but of no use. Looking at the product getting damaged, I asked for refund.
On insisting refund of the billed amount, they were reluctant and still kept trying.
Eventually when they refunded, they handed over the bill without the other items which were alongside in the bill. The staff told that they had handed it over prior only. After half a minute of searching, they found it under their cash counter.

I visited the West side to buy a gift set for my friend's wedding, so i chose Westside Home which was my all time favourite. The best part is I got the same stuff that i have seen in other outlets in different cities, so i chose a nice candle holder. I visited the cloth section as well, the winter collection stole the show.

So in their bill it is written that you can get a full refund on clothes but when I gone for return they told me that they can only exchange the product but then I argued with them that why have you written in bill that I can get return if I'm not satisfied with the product then they asked me about why I'm returning I told them that my mom didn't liked so again they said it's not a valid reason for returning but I told them that I don't like so how can I wear it and again she told me that I have already weared it before but why I will wear if I didn't liked I only weared it for 1 time to check my fitting that's it but after arguing they returned my money... Clothes are very beautiful and of good quality and brand and I also liked that they listened and returned.. so overall good but you should not tell lie as you can only exchange but in your bill uh have written something else.. stay to your words first.bad staff behaviour.....I also have size issues as I'm thin and short..
