I went there to have a replacement for the glass of my (Fastrack)watch.
The management is good. Services are all good but the specific staff whom we use to take repair service for issues with older watches look very interested in gossip regarding brands. I feel they are not even aware that at the end Tata houses both Fastrack and Titan.
Also they asked me where I purchased it. We can give you faster repair service bla bla bla but at the end after a week they did the wrong repair.
They assured me they will fix it with the original glass but when I compare the same in front of them from the one similar from their shop it doesn't match.
Lastly they end up by saying this is what they have received from the company through brand model.
When I asked to Remove the same they gave me my earlier glass in my one hand and the watch in another hand without fixing it. I was like????????????, but i didn't said anything over there. I understand it was the earliest state of my watch but still I feel totally a waste of my time. You can find the difference between the same in the photographs attached. Red one is the repair one and green highlighted arrow is the new one from their shop only
So u can do a shopping from here but not the repair service ????????

They used to lie. Finally I got my watch fixed from the fast-track showroom below Jyoti talking near DB from where I have purchased the same. So here I request, please do not believe in their false communication regarding repair service

I have given my fastrack watch 7 times within warranty period but it's still not working. I had lost my conscience that I purchased a product from here. Someone told me that somehow this outlet sells used product. Now I am confident. I never had any complaints against titan or fastrack but this outlet changed my mind completely.

The staff and the choise we got was good and the experience we faced was nice about things that we cannot get somewhere else.
