Little away from city but a spacious place with a good lawn.
Nice reception and general decor. Courteous staff but average room service.
Airconditioning needs a lot of improvement both in the rooms & halls.
The toilets in the rooms are really bad in terms of the flush and bathroom doors. Infact the water pipeline seems to have a defect too.
I think they service only the marriage crowd so they are not much bothered

As little I know hospitality industry completely runs on kind of pampering you give to your customers and management of this hotel specially at the time of any events is not less than a mess.
Second taste of food should also be improvised having such a huge infrastructure and with one of the best location in Bhopal.

The rooms are good, the staff is very good and humble, we had our reception there and the guests were very happy with the hospitality and food. The arrangements were very good and the decoration was also very beautiful. Special thanks to GM for taking care of everything personally.
