World's worst Bus service. The bus arrived 2 hrs late at pickup point. The bus do not go to drop points metioned on app. Bus dropped random 10km away location. Bus was smelly and in very bas situation. The numbers were not marked. Non trained staff. Running bus like mad. These are enough points to avoid them.

I booked two ac ticket’s, they changed the bus in between and after that till I reached the destination AC was off.

Conductor and Driver was not answering the questions.

Never ever travel with Shrinath Travels, they fool people.

Not punctual, staff behaviour is not satisfied, ticket rate variation between irctc and own app, communication gap between travels and passanger,
