Please be aware of them, firstly i dont know how they buy your 21 karat gold at 18 karat rate , we were fools we sold it and realised later , secondly very very poor sales service we got a ring from tgem came back after a week to request them to engrave a name on it as it was an engagemnet ring tge whole staff made so many faces just because we were not buyers and we already bought from them they all refused and said we can just write one alphabet through laser and u will have to leave the ring for one day , and u have to pay 500 extra like really just for an N , bloody cheaters , well got the whole name lasered on the ring without any cost .. pls beware of these fraudsters
